Mars Jump's jumping and gliding capabilities use Mars' gravity to let you jump far and glide across apparently inconceivable distances. Successfully landing on a small platform or crossing a huge gorge is thrilling. Collecting hidden things motivates you to take the less-traveled paths to reveal the red planet's mysteries.
Hold down the A or left arrow key to engage the jetpack's left thruster and propel your astronaut. You'll fall as you move forward, so watch your trajectory and use the Left/Right Thrusters to adjust it.
This is Mars Jump's most crucial portion. If you put too much force or angle on a platform, it will fall over. For a safe and easy landing on the next level, use the left and right thrusters. Landing requires timing and balance. You'll respawn at your last checkpoint if you crash, giving you another chance to land.
